Welcome to the website of the Athens Seventh-day Adventist (SDA) Church, that is based in Athens, Alabama. We are a Christian community and would love to have you join our family.  

We invite those interested in learning of Christ and willing to share with His Spirit of humility to participate in our services, which include teleconferences for Prayer Service and Sabbath Services (see details below).

On Sabbath (Saturday) mornings, we meet in-person at the church and those who would like to watch on YouTube are welcome to do so.

Athens SDA Church In-person Services 

  • Weekly Saturday Sabbath School Lesson Study:  9:20-10:30 a.m., Central Daylight Time (CDT).
  • Intermission: 10:30 - 10:40 a.m. 
  • Announcements and Divine Worship service:  10:50 a.m.  
  • Divine Worship Service:  11:00 a.m. 

 

  • Weekly Prayer Service Teleconference (not in-person): Tuesdays, 6:00 p.m., Central Daylight Time (CDT).

Stewardship/Giving:  We're encouraging donations to be submitted primarily in person during the weekly service.  Another option is to submit donations online (Click "Online Giving" above).
